Paintball Equipment

Paintball equipment does not have to be expensive. For a family that would like to go out to the paintball fields for a family get together can be fun and enjoyable.

For the family that is just starting out and being their first adventure in paintball. Do not go out and find paintball equipment right away. Purchase one gun for now or barrow one until the family feels comfortable with handling the gun. Finding a paintball gun cheap paintball equipment, paintball store, sport stores, hobby stores for the best buy. You might even want to ask around if someone has a basic paintball gun for sale. Search the internet and find cheap original paintball equipment.

When buying the gun, research different guns to find the basic gun and how it works. Upgrading a gun later could be a possibility. After getting the family to participate on a regular bases paintball equipment will help with the adventure.

Set some rules field equipment and strategies for paintball playing. Have each family member practice. Set a sheet or board next to the building or garage make a bull’s eye and show each one the gun how it works and the parts of the gun. This will give a better understanding of the gun and paintball equipment. With each family member, practicing shooting this will give opportunity to find out who might need extra practice or further instructions.

Make sure each member has goggles on. Goggles are a very important piece of paintball equipment.

Goggles will protect the eyes and some of the face. Rule one in shooting do not shoot for the face, head, or neck area. Sometimes stray paintballs do hit in those areas.

Next, clothing for the paintball game is important. Use old clothing and give some padding in needed areas, thighs, knees and other important areas. Paintballs sting they do not hurt. This would be a good way before getting to the field to have each takes turns hitting each other in leg or arm to know what a paintball hit feels like. Nothing like getting out on the field and one crying because they said it really hurts.

Vest or pack for each one to carry, a water bottle for drinking extra paintballs, and air tanks. If you do not have enough vest or paintball gear bags have the kids drag out their old school back packs from last year. Great idea since you paid for them uses them to carry the paintball equipment.

Vest from deer hunting or any type of hunting is a good choice. Unless it is orange, do not wear bright colors out on a paintball field. Bright color clothing is a sure target for paintball players.

Having an adventure day with the family is fun. Paintball family style is better. Get the family from the same family activities and start a new one with paintball.

Remember everyone has to wear goggles all the time when involved with paintball; they need to play by the rules and play safe.
